We ship worldwide from Oviedo, Spain. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location.
All orders over 300€ ship for free within the EU. Exceptions for custom items apply
Please, note that most items from our line are made to order and are generally produced in about a week from your payment day.

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU
Cima Coppi is not responsible for your local duties or taxes, your government is. Please contact your local customs and duties office for more information.
- All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- You must pay local sales taxes on items you import by mail.
- Your customs agency will calculate any duties and taxes owing based on local law.
- The customs paperwork processing of any applicable duties and/or taxes is done by default by the shipping carrier and they will likely charge a small fee for this service. If the customer wishes to avoid this fee they may be able to provide the shipper with the completed forms and proof of payment of the duties and taxes owing.
- Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may result in your order being return due to duties or taxes not paid. We reserve the right to pass on any incurred fees for duties not paid, refused or failed delivery, as well as any costs resulting from the return shipment. The charges may be deducted from any refund amount.
- We will not falsify invoices or export documentation to minimize any duties and taxes owing
- In the event of a return, we refund the value of the goods only. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid are not refundable through us. You may contact your local customs authority to see if you can request tax/duty drawback from them, this process is not handled by us.
- We reserve the right to change or amend these terms without notice.
