All of our products are covered by a useable lifetime warranty which covers any defects in material or workmanship for the useable life of the garment. Normal wear and tear is a natural part of garment use and is not covered under warranty. If you have a warranty claim please email and we will repair, replace or credit you at our discretion.
All of our items include washing and care information. This information is also listed online for each of our products. Our warranty does not cover any issues that may arise if garments aren't cared for as per our instructions.
Returns/refunds are only available for items in un-worn condition within a maximum of 30 days. Incurred shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please, email us to arrange. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item and after verifying its condition. We cannot accept returns for customized items.
Please understand that there may be slight differences between the colors displayed on your screen and the colors of the actual garment, and be certain of sizing before you place your order. Don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your sizing concerns and any modifications you may need prior to purchasing. We produce made-to-measure garments and can adjust any garment to fit your unique measures, in most cases at no additional charge.
Exchanges: We do not currently offer traditional 'exchanges'. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please, contact us to return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. We make our items to order, so this is also the most efficient way for everyone for you to get your new item into the production line asap without having to wait for the return process.
Note: Due to the unique nature of our made-to-order production process, and potential variance in textile/color inventory, in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to either refund, exchange, alter, repair, credit etc. at our discretion. Restocking fees may apply.
